Our Monthly Website Maintenance Plan ensures your website remains updated, functional, visually appealing, and optimized for your customers.

This service allows you to focus on running your business while we handle the technical and creative upkeep of your website.

Eligibility for Monthly Maintenance

This plan is ONLY available for websites created, opened, or fully developed by our design team.

This plan is NOT available for:

• Websites created by another company
• Websites designed by another developer
• Websites coded in a way that prevents access or editing

If your website was built elsewhere and requires restructuring, rebuilding, or compatibility adjustments, additional fees will apply before maintenance services can begin.

This is an exclusive add-on service for our design clients only.

• Adding new products or services
• Updating product descriptions, photos, and pricing
• Uploading promotions and announcements
• Minor homepage text updates
• Content refresh for branding consistency

Up to 3 update requests per month.

2️⃣ Visual & Theme Adjustments

• Banner updates
• Seasonal color changes
• Background refresh
• Minor homepage layout adjustments

Full redesigns are NOT included.

• New arrival alerts
• Limited time offer displays

Important Notice About Hosting

We are NOT affiliated with or sponsored by Shopify.

We are not responsible for:

• Shopify subscription fees
• Hosting payments
• Domain renewal fees
• Third-party app charges

All hosting and platform fees must be paid directly to your provider.

Failure to maintain hosting payments may result in your website going offline. We are not responsible for hosting interruptions.

Billing Cycle & Subscription Requirements

• Subscription required
• Valid card must be kept on file
• Billing occurs automatically every 28 days
• Services begin after successful payment

You may cancel any time before your next billing cycle.

Late Payments, Suspensions & Penalties

If payment is late:

• 3 days late – $10 late fee added
• 7 days late – Website updates paused
• 14 days late – Account temporarily suspended
• 30 days late – Account closed

To reinstate service after closure, you must pay:

• Outstanding balance
• All late fees
• $150 reinstatement fee
• Current monthly maintenance fee

Missed months do NOT roll over unused updates.

Continued subscription confirms agreement to all updated terms.
