Monthly Website Maintenance Plan — $79

Reliable monthly support that keeps your website updated, functional, visually consistent, and ready for customers while you focus on operating your business.

Eligibility

This plan is designed for websites created, opened, or fully developed by our design team. Websites built by another company or developer must first complete our Outside Website Intake & AI Audit. Enrollment is available only after access, platform compatibility, and website condition are approved.

Any restructuring, rebuilding, recovery work, or compatibility repairs required before maintenance begins will be quoted separately.

What’s Included

• Up to 3 focused update requests per service month
• Adding or updating products, services, descriptions, photos, and prices
• Promotional announcements and new-arrival alerts
• Minor homepage text and layout adjustments
• Banner, background, and seasonal visual updates
• Brand-consistency content refreshes
• Button, form, checkout, and mobile-responsiveness checks
• Basic performance and platform-compatibility monitoring
• Minor bug fixes and routine feature updates

Request Limits

One request covers one focused task or one related group of minor edits. Large catalog uploads, extensive page changes, redesigns, custom coding, and projects requiring significant additional time are quoted separately. Unused requests do not roll over.

Not Included

• Full website redesigns
• Custom coding or advanced development
• Advertising management
• Platform, hosting, domain, or paid app fees

Billing & Service Period

• Each payment covers one month of service beginning on the successful payment date
• Renewal payment is required before the next service period begins
• Services begin after payment is received
• You may cancel before the next renewal period

All platform, hosting, domain renewal, and third-party app charges must be paid directly to the applicable provider. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by unpaid third-party fees.

Late Payments, Suspension & Reinstatement

• 3 days late: $10 late fee
• 7 days late: website updates paused
• 14 days late: account suspended
• 30 days late: maintenance account closed

Reinstatement after closure requires payment of all outstanding balances, applicable late fees, the $150 reinstatement fee, and the current monthly maintenance fee.
