REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

ConveyorSkincare.com is operated by Conveyor Home LLC. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review this policy before requesting a return.

RETURNS

Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days after your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return:

• Skincare, bath, body, and hair products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with any safety seals intact.

• Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with its original tags and packaging.

For health and hygiene reasons, opened personal-care products, panties, thongs, lingerie, and intimate apparel cannot be returned.

To request a return, email Welcome@ConveyorSkincare.com with your name, order number, reason for the return, and photographs when applicable.

Do not mail a return before receiving approval and return instructions from us. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless ConveyorSkincare sent an incorrect or damaged product. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Approved returns must be mailed to:

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us within 48 hours if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photographs so we can review and correct the problem.

REFUNDS

After receiving and inspecting an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund was accepted. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Banks and credit-card companies may require up to 10 business days to post a refund after it has been issued. Contact us if more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different eligible product, return the original item according to this policy and place a new order.

FINAL-SALE ITEMS

Gift cards, custom-made products, opened personal-care products, panties, thongs, lingerie, and other products marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or refunded.
