30-Day Return Policy
We gladly accept returns of eligible skincare items within 30 days of purchase.
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

Proof of purchase is required (receipt or order confirmation)

To start a return, email us at Welcome@conveyorskincare.com with your order details

Once approved, return instructions and a prepaid shipping label will be provided

Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, not properly formulated, or not performing as intended, please contact us immediately at Welcome@conveyorskincare.com.
After review and verification, we may request that the item be safely disposed of rather than returned, especially for safety and hygiene reasons.

Upon request, we offer store credit for verified defective or improperly formulated products

In some cases, a replacement or refund may be issued at our discretion
Proof (such as photos or a brief description) may be required to process your request.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned.
Additionally, we do not accept returns on:

Sale or clearance items

Digital purchases (including e-gift cards)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (if applicable), you will be notified by email.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order ships within the European Union, you have 14 days from receipt to cancel or return your order for any reason.
Returned items must be unused and in original condition.
