7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Return guidelines

Returns must be made in new, gently used, or defective condition, at our discretion.
Exchanges are permitted only for a product of the same type and the same ticket price.
Excessive wear, damage, or defaced labels may cause a return or exchange to be declined.
All returns/exchanges must be made in the country of original purchase.

SKINCARE POLICY (Section 16)

Because we offer skincare products, the following additional policy applies:

No Medical Advice. Conveyor Skincare is not a healthcare provider. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.
Consult Your Doctor. If you are under medical care or using prescription skincare or medications, please consult your physician or dermatologist before using our products.
Ingredients & Sensitivities. You are responsible for reviewing the ingredients and determining whether they are suitable for your skin. Even “gentle” or “natural” products can cause reactions.
No Guarantees. While many customers have had positive outcomes, we do not guarantee that our products will resolve your skin concerns.
Discontinuing Use. If you experience irritation, discomfort, or adverse reactions, stop use immediately and seek medical advice.
Allergen Notices. Any known allergens are disclosed in product descriptions. You should always perform a patch test before full use.
