Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with conveyor-home LLC and conveyorskincare.com. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy below.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be in its original condition – unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

How to start a return: Email us at conveyorsuppor36@yahoo.com. Returns must be sent to the provided return address .

Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at conveyorsuppor36@yahoo.com so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Custom-made or personalized items
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• Underwear or thongs
• Sale items
• Gift cards

All skincare and beauty products are made-to-order, which extends shelf life but makes them ineligible for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at conveyorsuppor36@yahoo.com.

Gift Cards

• Refunds issued as gift cards may not include taxes or shipping.
• We will send a reminder about expiration and a one-day grace period.
• Lost cards? Contact us ASAP for assistance. We’ll email or text you a copy.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return it first. Once approved, place a new order for the item you want.

EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in original condition with tags and packaging.

Mistaken Returns

Please ensure you're returning the correct item. We are not responsible for incorrect items returned and may donate or discard them. Contact us immediately if you believe you sent the wrong item.
