1. Services

Conveyor Home LLC creates custom jingles for businesses, brands, radio stations, podcasts, churches, nonprofits, websites, social media platforms, YouTube channels, commercials, and promotional campaigns.

Each jingle is custom created based on the information provided by the customer.

2. Pricing

One (1) Custom Jingle: $75.00
Two (2) Custom Jingles: $140.00

Additional services, revisions, or upgrades may require additional fees.

3. Payment

Payment is required in full before production begins.

No work will begin until payment has been successfully received.

All payments are non-refundable once production has started.

4. Production Time

Standard turnaround time is 3–7 business days after all required information has been submitted.

Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide the following before production begins:

Business or organization name
Slogan (if applicable)
Purpose of the jingle
Preferred music style
Preferred voice (male or female, if applicable)
Any special wording or phrases
Pronunciation of names, if necessary

Failure to provide accurate information may delay production.

6. Revisions

Each purchase includes one (1) complimentary revision.

Additional revisions are $25.00 each.

A complete rewrite, new concept, or major changes requested after approval will require the purchase of a new jingle.

7. Refund Policy

Because every jingle is custom-made specifically for each customer, all sales are final.

No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued once production has begun.

8. Ownership & Commercial License

Upon full payment, the customer receives a non-exclusive, perpetual commercial-use license to use the completed jingle for their business, brand, radio station, podcast, website, social media, advertising, and promotional purposes.

Conveyor Home LLC retains all copyrights and ownership of the original composition, production, arrangement, and master recording unless exclusive rights are purchased separately.

Conveyor Home LLC reserves the right to reuse production techniques, musical styles, and creative concepts in future projects.

9. Portfolio & Promotional Rights

Unless a Privacy & Confidentiality Agreement is purchased, the customer grants Conveyor Home LLC permission to:

Display the completed jingle on our website.
Use the jingle in our portfolio.
Share the jingle on social media.
Use short excerpts for demonstrations.
Use the jingle for marketing and promotional purposes.
Showcase the project as an example of our work.

This helps demonstrate the quality of our services to future clients.

10. Privacy & Confidentiality Upgrade

Customers who do not want Conveyor Home LLC to display, share, sample, or use any portion of their jingle for promotional purposes may purchase our Privacy & Confidentiality Upgrade.

Privacy Fee: $175.00

When this fee is paid:

Your jingle will remain completely confidential.
Conveyor Home LLC will not post your jingle on social media.
We will not use any portion of the jingle in advertisements.
We will not include your jingle in our portfolio.
We will not use excerpts or samples for promotional purposes.
Your project will remain private between Conveyor Home LLC and the purchaser.

11. Exclusive Ownership Upgrade

Customers who wish to own the jingle exclusively may purchase an Exclusive Ownership License.

With exclusive ownership:

Conveyor Home LLC transfers all ownership rights to the customer.
Conveyor Home LLC will not resell or license the completed jingle to another customer.
The customer becomes the sole owner of the completed jingle.

Exclusive ownership pricing is quoted separately and is not included in the standard jingle price.

12. Delivery

Completed jingles will be delivered electronically via email or secure digital download in a standard audio format such as MP3 or WAV.

13. Limitation of Liability

Conveyor Home LLC is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, customer response times, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
