Our Monthly Website Maintenance Plan ensures your website remains updated, functional, visually appealing, and optimized for your customers. This service allows you to focus on your business while we handle the ongoing technical and creative upkeep of your website.
Eligibility for Monthly Maintenance
This maintenance plan is ONLY available for customers whose websites were created, opened, or fully developed by ourdesign team.
This plan is NOT available for:

Websites created by another company

Websites designed by a different developer
-
Websites coded in a way that prevents access or edits
If your website was built elsewhere and we cannot access or update it due to coding restrictions or system incompatibility, additional fees will apply because we must rebuild or restructure parts of your site before regular maintenance can begin.
This plan is an exclusive add-on for our customers only, after we have completed their website design.

Your monthly maintenance fee depends on the current promotional pricing:

This product is eligible for discounts, depending on the month and available promotions.
Pricing is based on the promotions active during the time of purchase.
Billing Cycle & Subscription Requirements
To enroll in this plan:

You must subscribe to the monthly maintenance plan

You must have a valid card on file
-
Your card will be automatically charged every 28 days
You may cancel at any time.
You are not obligated to remain in the service.
Late Payments, Suspensions & Reinstatement Fees
If payment is late:

A $5 late fee will be added to your balance
If your service is suspended or canceled due to nonpayment:
Before returning to the maintenance plan, you must pay:

The remaining balance owed

The reinstatement fee of $15

The monthly maintenance price ($15.99 or $21.99 depending on the current promotion)

Any late fees applied
Once all fees are paid, your service can be restored.
Policy Updates & Changes
We reserve the right to modify, update, or change this policy at any time without prior notice.
Your continued subscription to the maintenance plan confirms your acceptance of any policy updates.
Shipping policy
Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days. If an item is out of stock and being restocked, processing time may be extended.
Please note: Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Allow one extra business day for processing after holidays or major sales.
Shipping Timeframes (U.S. Only)
- Standard Shipping: 8–12 business days
- Express Shipping: 6–9 business days
- General Estimated Delivery: 10–14 business days (including processing)
Day 1 starts the day after your order is received.
Carriers Used
Orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on your location. Tracking numbers will be sent to the email provided at checkout once processing is complete.
Weekend & Holiday Shipping
No shipments are made on Saturdays or Sundays. Processing resumes the next business day after holidays.

Incorrect Shipping Information
If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if you were unavailable at delivery, you will be responsible for reshipping fees.
We are not responsible for any loss or misdelivery due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. No refunds will be issued for shipping errors caused by inaccurate customer information.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Conveyor-Home LLC is not liable for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
We will provide delivery confirmation, tracking details, and carrier info to assist you in contacting the shipping service.
Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed for shipment.

Approval & Refunds
If approved, the order will be canceled, and a full refund (including taxes and shipping fees) will be issued to your original payment method. Refund timelines depend on your financial institution.

- Digital downloads

Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be in its original condition – unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at conveyorsuppor36@yahoo.com so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Underwear or thongs
- Sale items
- Gift cards
All skincare and beauty products are made-to-order, which extends shelf life but makes them ineligible for return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Gift Cards
- Refunds issued as gift cards may not include taxes or shipping.
- We will send a reminder about expiration and a one-day grace period.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return it first. Once approved, place a new order for the item you want.
EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in original condition with tags and packaging.
Mistaken Returns
Please ensure you're returning the correct item. We are not responsible for incorrect items returned and may donate or discard them. Contact us immediately if you believe you sent the wrong item.
