WEBSITE DESIGN SERVICE POLICY

1. Booking & Payment Policy

Full payment of $299 is required before any work begins.

Once payment is received:

• Your project is scheduled

• Your domain may be secured

• Your hosting platform may be activated

• Initial branding work may begin

Payments are non-refundable once any work has started, including but not limited to:

• Domain registration

• Shopify store setup

• Logo creation

• Theme selection

• Color palette development

• Platform configuration

By submitting payment, you agree to these terms.

2. Hosting & Platform Disclaimer (NEW)

We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Shopify or any other hosting platform.

We provide website design services only.

Clients are solely responsible for:

• Hosting platform subscriptions

• Monthly hosting fees

• Domain renewal fees

• App subscriptions

• Third-party software fees

We are not responsible for hosting payments, billing issues, subscription renewals, or platform-related charges.

If you choose a hosting platform, we can assist you in selecting the best plan that fits your brand and budget. However, all hosting agreements and payments are strictly between you and your chosen hosting provider.

Failure to maintain hosting payments may result in website suspension, which is outside of our responsibility.

3. Client Responsibility & Required Materials

To complete your website, you must provide:

• Product photos

• Product descriptions

• About Us content

• Policies (refund, privacy, terms)

• Contact information

• Any additional required content

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information

• Keeping your contact information updated

• Responding to communication in a timely manner

• Meeting submission deadlines

Failure to provide required materials or updated information may delay or terminate your project.

4. Content Submission Deadline

All required materials must be submitted within 14 calendar days of payment.

If materials are not received within 14 days:

• Your project will be marked as inactive

• No refund will be issued

• Your project will be paused

If materials are not received within 30 days:

• Your project will be automatically closed

• All work completed remains property of our company

• A $150 reinstatement fee will apply to reopen the project

If no communication is received within 60 days:

• The project is permanently terminated

• A new full payment will be required to restart

This policy protects scheduling availability and business operations.

5. Project Abandonment Clause

If a client fails to respond to emails, calls, or communication attempts after multiple outreach attempts:

• The project may be terminated at our discretion

• No refund will be issued

• Domain and setup fees will not be reimbursed

We reserve the right to decline completion of any project due to client negligence, lack of communication, or failure to provide required materials.

6. Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround time is 7–21 business days after all required materials have been submitted.

Delays in receiving content will delay your project timeline.

7. Revisions

Includes 2 free revisions.

Additional revisions require an additional fee.

8. Maintenance After Launch

Two months of free maintenance are included.

After that period:

• Clients may enroll in a maintenance plan

• Or manage the site independently

9. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

• Required materials are not provided

• Communication is repeatedly ignored

• Deadlines are missed without explanation

• Professional conduct is violated

No refund will be issued in these circumstances.

10. Professional Conduct

Respectful communication is required at all times.

Harassment, threats, or abuse will result in immediate termination without refund.

11. Policy Updates & Client Responsibility (Updated)

We reserve the right to modify, update, or revise this Website Design Service Policy at any time without prior notice.

It is the client’s responsibility to review this policy periodically for updates.

Policies, pricing, procedures, and requirements may change from year to year. Any information contained in prior handbooks, guides, or documentation (including materials from 2025 or earlier) may no longer be valid for 2026 and beyond.

The most current and legally binding version of this policy is always the version published on our official website.
