We are not employed by Shopify, nor do we advertise for Shopify or any hosting company.
We only recommend hosting providers based on what is best for your business, your products, and your long-term goals.
You will receive hands-on, personalized support from a dedicated coordinator who will guide you step-by-step through the entire website setup process. Our goal is to make sure you understand your website and can confidently operate it on your own.
We also assist with:
- Google Business Profile setup
- Social media page setup/optimization
- An electronic business card with a scannable QR code
- Ensuring your website is easy to access, easy to navigate, and easy for customers to find
- Advertising your website on our social media platforms
- A professional custom logo designed by our qualified graphic design coordinator
- Two (2) months of free website maintenance
1. Booking & Consultation Process
Once you book and pay for your website design package, you will choose:
- Your preferred consultation date
- The time you want us to contact you
On that date, we will contact you to review:
- Your website vision
- Your brand style
- Your products or services
- Your layout and design choices
- Your color palette and theme
- Any custom features you want added
Your coordinator will work one-on-one with you to design, build, and launch your new website.

We help you select the hosting platform that best matches your business needs.

Recommended for e-commerce because it includes:
- Built-in hosting
- Simple setup
- Strong security
- Excellent scalability
Alternative Hosts
We also work with other e-commerce hosting providers suitable for small businesses.
Our goal is to ensure your website is fast, secure, stable, and ready for sales.
3. Domain Registration
We help you register a domain with:
- Shopify
- GoDaddy
- Namecheap
- Google Domains
Your domain name should align with your branding and be easy for customers to remember.
4. SSL Certificate

5. Custom Logo Design
You will receive a professionally designed custom logo created by one of our highly qualified design coordinators.

6. What You Must Provide
To prevent delays and maintain accuracy, you must provide:
- Business name
- Business email
- Product photos
- Product descriptions
- Contact information
- About Us content
- Policies (refund, privacy, terms, etc.)
- Any additional content you want on your website
We cannot complete your website without this information.
7. Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround time is 7–21 business days, depending on:
- Your package
- The number of products
- The level of customization
- How quickly you provide information
Rush services may include an additional fee.
8. Revisions
Your package includes 2 free revisions.
Additional revisions beyond the initial two will require an extra fee.
9. Payment Policy
- Full payment is required before any work begins
- Payments become non-refundable once work has started
- Additional customizations may require additional fees
This protects both your time and ours.
10. Maintenance After the Free Period
After your two months of free maintenance:
- Monthly maintenance plans are available for an additional fee
- You may also choose to manage your website independently

11. Privacy & Security
We protect your privacy and do not share your login credentials with anyone.
All information you provide is confidential and used solely for completing your website.
12. Professional Conduct
We require respectful, professional communication.
Harassment, abuse, or disrespect will result in service termination without a refund.
13. Service Limitations
To maintain clarity:
- We do not write legal policies (refund, privacy, TOS)
- We only add policies you provide
- We do not offer legal, tax, or financial advice
- We do not modify your Shopify payment system
14. Policy Updates, Customer Responsibility & Payment Methods
We reserve the right to change or update this policy at any time.
We may make adjustments to your Terms & Conditions or policies only after you provide them, but we do not write legal policies for you.
This is your website, and you hold responsibility just as well as we do. We are here to assist, support, and guide you.
Although installment payment options may appear through your platform, we do NOT accept installment payment plans for this service.
Once your website is active, our team invests time, effort, and professional labor — therefore, installment methods are not permitted.
If you attempt to use an installment plan, your payment will be refunded, and you will receive a phone call or email requesting the full balance of $299 before your service continues.
Discounts & Sales
We offer discounts during select sales and promotions.
- If an item is left in your cart and the promotion ends, you will not receive the sale price
- Promotion codes are not guaranteed to apply to this service
- Some codes may be approved, and some may not, depending on the system and the promotion rules

Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days. If an item is out of stock and being restocked, processing time may be extended.
Please note: Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Allow one extra business day for processing after holidays or major sales.
Shipping Timeframes (U.S. Only)
- Standard Shipping: 8–12 business days
- Express Shipping: 6–9 business days
- General Estimated Delivery: 10–14 business days (including processing)
Day 1 starts the day after your order is received.
Carriers Used
Orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on your location. Tracking numbers will be sent to the email provided at checkout once processing is complete.
Weekend & Holiday Shipping
No shipments are made on Saturdays or Sundays. Processing resumes the next business day after holidays.

Incorrect Shipping Information
If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if you were unavailable at delivery, you will be responsible for reshipping fees.
We are not responsible for any loss or misdelivery due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. No refunds will be issued for shipping errors caused by inaccurate customer information.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Conveyor-Home LLC is not liable for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
We will provide delivery confirmation, tracking details, and carrier info to assist you in contacting the shipping service.
Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed for shipment.

Approval & Refunds
If approved, the order will be canceled, and a full refund (including taxes and shipping fees) will be issued to your original payment method. Refund timelines depend on your financial institution.

Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be in its original condition – unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at conveyorsuppor36@yahoo.com so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Underwear or thongs
- Sale items
- Gift cards
All skincare and beauty products are made-to-order, which extends shelf life but makes them ineligible for return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Gift Cards
- Refunds issued as gift cards may not include taxes or shipping.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return it first. Once approved, place a new order for the item you want.
EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in original condition with tags and packaging.
Mistaken Returns
