This service combines ongoing maintenance, AI-assisted content optimization, promotional support, and conversion-focused website improvements. AI supports the review process; all final work is reviewed and implemented by our team.

Eligibility

Websites created by our design team may enroll directly. Websites built by another company or developer must first complete our Outside Website Intake & AI Audit and receive approval. Any required restructuring, rebuilding, recovery work, or compatibility repairs are quoted separately.

Request Limits

One request covers one focused task or one related group of minor edits. Large catalog uploads, extensive page builds, custom development, and full redesigns are separate projects. Unused requests do not roll over.

Not Included

• Full website redesigns or custom coding
• Paid advertising management or advertising spend
• Product photography or custom graphic design unless separately purchased
• Platform, hosting, domain, or paid app fees
• Guaranteed sales, revenue, traffic, conversions, or search-engine rankings

Billing & Service Period

• Each payment covers one month of service beginning on the successful payment date
• Renewal payment is required before the next service period begins
• Services begin after payment and required access are received
• You may cancel before the next renewal period

All platform, hosting, domain renewal, advertising, and third-party app charges must be paid directly to the applicable provider.

Late Payments & Reinstatement

• 3 days late: $20 late fee
• 7 days late: website updates paused
• 14 days late: account suspended
• 30 days late: maintenance account closed

Reinstatement after closure requires payment of all outstanding balances, applicable late fees, the $150 reinstatement fee, and the current monthly maintenance fee.
