This one-time service allows our team to evaluate the website’s condition, platform compatibility, access requirements, customer experience, and growth opportunities before accepting responsibility for ongoing maintenance.

After the Audit

If the website is compatible and in serviceable condition, the client may be approved for one of our monthly maintenance plans. Any required restructuring, rebuilding, recovery work, custom coding, or major corrections will be quoted separately before work begins.

Client Requirements

• The client must own or be authorized to manage the website
• Secure collaborator or staff access must be provided
• Required information and access must be accurate and active
• This purchase covers one website only

• Implementation of recommended changes
• Full redesign, rebuilding, or custom coding
• Platform, hosting, domain, or paid app fees
• Guaranteed approval for monthly maintenance
• Guaranteed sales, traffic, conversions, or search-engine rankings

Payment & Cancellation Policy

Full payment is required before the audit begins. The fee is non-refundable once access review, research, or audit work has started. If required access is not provided, the audit cannot be completed and maintenance approval cannot be issued.
